c5bet Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

By registering an account on the c5bet platform, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. c5bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective immediately upon being posted to the c5bet website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use a c5bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information when registering.
• You must not hold an existing c5bet account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

c5bet reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point during your use of the platform, including before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identification document — a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) is the standard accepted document. c5bet may also request proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. c5bet handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the c5bet platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no deposit fee charged by c5bet. Fees imposed by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. c5bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• c5bet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by c5bet are subject to specific wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. c5bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c5bet platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the c5bet platform or using another person's account.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud involving the c5bet platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your c5bet account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. c5bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify c5bet support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without your permission, or if you have shared your credentials with a third party. c5bet staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password or account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to c5bet support.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c5bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from interrupted service, technical failures, incorrect information displayed due to system error, or losses resulting from your own decisions made while using the platform. c5bet does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance windows, technical issues, and circumstances beyond c5bet's control may result in temporary unavailability. c5bet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any disruption.

You may close your c5bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal platform rules and any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. c5bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if c5bet determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, provided false registration information, or if closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, outstanding balances may be forfeited at c5bet's discretion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the c5bet platform, you agree to first contact c5bet's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. c5bet will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through its internal resolution process within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with applicable legal procedures. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
